This policy is applicable to all EDOMS products & services, whether specified on this website, www.edoms.com.au, or otherwise purchased by you.
In purchasing any Products or Services from EDOMS you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy. Do not purchase any Products or Services if you do not accept these Terms.
EDOMS offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of obtaining any product please email us for a complete refund.
Mentoring Retainer Service
Cancellation of any Plans must be done in writing with 30 days notice.
Training.
In the event that you cannot attend a course or a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when cancellation is notified more than 48 hours prior to the training date. Otherwise a refund, less an administration charge of $110, will be given. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of notification of cancellation.
Provision of Adhoc training and Support services are non-refundable.
If you are not happy with any of our services, please contact EDOMS in writing, and we will endeavour to provide you with a satisfactory outcome.
